‘Occupy Dallas’ Protestors May Get Kicked Out

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - The City of Dallas is prepared to kick the ‘Occupy Dallas’ protestors out of Pioneer Plaza on Wednesday because of permit issues with the ‘Occupy Wall Street’ offshoot group. An email sent by the city on Tuesday evening stated that the protest group had failed to meet an insurance requirement – purchasing a million dollar policy by Tuesday night.
By failing to meet that portion of an agreement, the city can begin enforcing local laws for things like noise, curfew and sleeping in public.
